What’s Included

+ 3 x weekly practical pleasure and play activities, explorations and suggestions for you to enjoy and have fun with, so that you can finally discover what truly makes you feel alive and vibrant

+ 2 x Opening & Closing Ceremonies - these will allow you to come together with the other women to set your intentions as we open our journey together and offer up your reflections and breakthroughs as we bring our journey to a close, as well as providing space for any questions and shares you may have

+ A 90 minute guided Sensuality & Massage Ritual - to enable you to get out of your head and show your body the tender loving care and kindness it has been missing so that you can set a new tone for how you are going to treat yourself (please note, this is not a sexual or self pleasure session)

+ A 90 minute Heart Opening Cacao Session - to help you to quieten the BS narratives of your mind and tap in to the frequency of your heart with the most delicious heart opening plant medicine in nature. This session will allow you to release emotional blocks that are holding you back and connect with deeper love and compassion for yourself

When are the LIVE online sessions?

• Opening Celebration - Monday 11th November 7-8pm

• Heart Opening Cacao Ceremony - Wednesday 20th November 7-8.30pm

• Closing Party - Sunday 8th December 7-8pm

What if I can’t make the LIVE sessions?

With any group coaching programme and people attending from different time zones, not everyone will be able to make every session at the allocated time however, all sessions and ceremonies will take place via Zoom and be recorded and available for replay within 24hrs, for you to enjoy at your own leisure if you cannot make it live.

What kind of weekly explorations can I expect and how long will they take?

All 12 weekly activities (and LIVE groups sessions) will be different…with a bonus one included at the end!

I have handpicked some of the best tools I have learnt over the last decade, from my own studies and experiences, teachers and guides and these include movement, bodywork, embodiment practices, journalling, mirror work, meditation, mindset work and much more.

Each week, the 3 weekly explorations will be sent to you on a Sunday so that you can plan them in to your week, on the days and times that suit you. They range from around 5-15 minutes or as long as you want to dedicate to them.

As a busy self employed single mum, I understand how precious and limited time for yourself can feel, so I have made sure that these activities can fit in to even the busiest of lives without feeling like just another chore to tick off your list.

Is Cacao included?

No Cacao is not included.

You can choose to drink your own preferred Cacao for our Ceremony (or herbal tea/hot drink choice if you don’t want to drink Cacao) or I have a small amount of 200g bags of Lotus & Lion Ceremonial Grade Cacao available to purchase separately for £25 (details will be put in the Telegram group and allocated on a first come, first served basis).

Do you offer a payment plan option?

Is this programme refundable?

Once you receive your Welcome Email, no refunds will be given.
