Come and join us at R3FORM STUDIO in Castor, Peterborough, PE5 7DH on Sunday 18th May from 1-5pm for an afternoon of mind, body and soul nourishment.

Teresa (Soul Waves Studio) and I will be guiding you through a beautiful journey of Cacao and Sound to connect you back to your heart, truth and love.

This is a wonderful chance to create space and serenity, allowing the gentle whispers of your intuition and heart to emerge, free from the noise and pressures of the outside world.

We will use the plant medicine magic of ceremonial grade Cacao, along with the ethereal frequencies of the alchemy crystal singing bowls to guide you on a profound exploration of your inner world.

Your thinking mind will fall away and your heart will open, allowing feelings of love, peace and relaxation to seep in to your being.

The day will look a little something like this:

12.45-1pm Arrival 

1-2.45 Opening Circle & Cacao Ceremony 

2.45-3.15 Refreshment Break

3.15-4.30 Sound Healing

4.30-5 Tea & Cake

PLEASE NOTE: This event is not suitable for women in the first trimester of pregnancy or those suffering from epilepsy.

Additionally, the event takes place on the first floor of the building and there is no lift so may not be accessible for those who are unable to walk unaided up stairs. If in doubt, please get in touch before booking.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: A 50% refund will be given if cancellation is notified up to 14 days prior to the event. If cancellation is made within 14 days, no refund will be given, you can however transfer your space to someone else.
