Our Cacao Circles will take place on the first Wednesday of the month (7th May, 4th June and 2nd July) from 6:45-8:00pm, at The Sanctuary, 29 Oundle Road, Peterborough, PE2 9PB.

Spaces are limited to 8 participants and these events always sell out, so early booking is essential.

A Cacao Circle is a beautiful way to pause, reset and reconnect with yourself. As we sip ceremonial grade Cacao, you’ll be guided on a deeply relaxing meditative journey, designed to help you:

This Cacao Circle is open to anyone aged 16 and over.

Whether you’re feeling the pull to relax and recharge, or you’re simply curious about Cacao and its benefits, this is your opportunity to experience the magic of this life-affirming plant medicine in a warm and supportive setting.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• A warm welcome and introduction to the evening.

• A 20g serving of ceremonial grade Cacao prepared with intention and love.

• A guided meditation, visualisation or reflective journey.

• Time to share, connect and journal before closing the circle.

• A non-judgemental space where you can simply be, without expectation.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Health Considerations: If you are taking anti-depressants, heart medication or are currently pregnant, please let us know on the booking form. If you are unsure, consult your healthcare professional before booking on.

• Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive an email confirming your place, along with any details to help you prepare for the evening. If you do not receive an email within 60 minutes, please contact us at admin@natasha-louise.com (CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL FIRST AS IT’S USUALLY IN THERE).

• Cancellations: No refunds will be given within 14 days of the event. However, you are welcome to transfer your booking to someone else.
